Take the first step towards becoming your most authentic self
**Please note, I have limited availability for new clients at this time. Kindly review the pre-screening questions below prior to requesting an initial consult. This will help us identify any immediate barriers in working together.
1. Are you an individual over the age of 16 or a couple living in Texas and open to doing telemedicine appointments via Zoom or phone?
Though I see clients in the office twice a week, I do not have current new patient availability for in-office sessions. My available slots at present fall between typical work week hours (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM M-F).
2. Are you able to pay my full fee of $140/$180 (individual/couples) per 50-minute session?
I do accept some commercial health insurance plans. If you intend to use health insurance, please first verify that I accept your plan. Additionally, I recommend calling the customer service line on the back of your card to ensure that your plan covers psychotherapy and to find out what your financial responsibility will be (copay/deductible).
*I do not accept health insurance for couples therapy appointments at this time.
3. Are you able to commit to regular appointments?
Sessions are 50 minutes long. In the beginning of therapy, weekly or bi-weekly appointments are necessary in order to establish rapport and to create an individualized plan of care.
I will re-schedule prospective clients up to three times depending on the circumstances. Note that established clients are responsible for adhering to my 24 business hour cancellation policy.
If after consultation it is determined that you will benefit from more intensive care, I will gladly provide referrals for appropriate local resources. While I do my best to follow up with established clients efficiently, I generally do not check my voicemail after hours.
